Resetting your password is an important step in protecting your company's accounts and data from unauthorized access. By using strong, unique passwords that are updated regularly, the risk of account misuse can be minimized.
 

As part of enhancing the security of IHC's digital services, all employees are required to reset their passwords through the IHC One portal (one.ihc.id/reset-password) and activate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as an additional layer of security to ensure that only the account owner can access company services.
 

🎯 Why is Password Resetting Important?

1. Increases account security from potential unauthorized access.
2. Reduces the risk of account misuse due to the use of the same password across multiple services.
3. Protects company data and critical information accessed through IHC accounts.
4. Supports the implementation of information security policies within the IHC environment.
5. Adds extra protection by activating Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

📝 How to Reset Your Password:

1. Visit one.ihc.id/reset-password in a browser.
2. Enter your IHC account email.
3. Enter the OTP verification code sent via WhatsApp.
4. Create a new password that meets security requirements.
5. Log in again using the new password.

🔐 Secure Password Requirements:

1. Minimum 12 characters.
2. Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters.
3. Contain numbers (e.g., 312).
4. Contain symbols (e.g., @#%?!).
5. Do not use old passwords.
6. Do not use the same password for other applications or services.

💡 Security Awareness Tips:

1. Use a unique password for each account.
2. Enable and use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on all supported IHC services.
3. Do not share passwords or OTP/MFA codes with anyone.
4. Avoid storing passwords on unsafe media.
5. Immediately reset your password if you encounter any indication of unrecognized login activity or if you encounter any errors in the ICT Cyber ​​Security Team's instructions.

1. Employees: If the registered phone number is no longer active or incorrect, please contact the Unit HR PIC to change the phone number.

2. Non-Employees: If you experience any issues with your username or registered phone number, please report it through https://ditra.ihc.id/ by selecting the "Reset Password" service.
